We meet in the metal sided building known as the "Wee School" in the front conference room. It is a nice place. We hope to see you there!
2025 ANNUAL CLUB SHOW:
The 2025 show is on August 9th and 10th, 2025. Never too early to plan for and get involved for the club relic show. In addition to it being a lot of fun it is what supports the club.
DUES:
If you have not already done so, please pay your club dues ($20 per person, see Membership page for additional details) at the upcoming meeting. You need to have your dues paid for the year by March 31st to participate in upcoming club functions (such as the club hunts and the Christmas Party). If you don't renew your dues by March 31st and pay your dues afterward you will be deemed a new member and thus have to be a member at least a month for certain club functions such as the club hunts. If your dues have not been paid and you do not plan on rejoining the club this year, please let us know and we will take your name off the club's mailing list. Members that are 75 or older do not have to pay dues if they've been a paying member at least one year.

On the first meeting of each month we try to have a speaker to give a talk on subjects of interest to our members. Many times these talks are given by the members of the club but we often try to bring in guests who have a specialty area to share.
The second meeting of each month is dedicated to the “Find of the Month”. This is an opportunity for each member to bring in items that the have personally found since the last Find of the Month. There are four categories which finds may be entered:

Coin/Jewelry
-
Single Relic

Single Coin
Members vote for their favorite in each category and prizes are awarded for the winners.
Club Hunts: The club will usually hold at least 1 coin hunt and 1 relic hunt each year. To participate in these hunts you must be a paid member prior to the day of the hunt, and have attended one club meeting prior to the hunt. The club hunt rules are in our constitution and they essentially are:
• The participant must be a paid member one month before the hunt date and must attend at least one meeting prior to each club hunt.
• The fee for the hunt is $20. Children under 13 are free as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult family member that is participating in the hunt.
• When the hunt has ended, any token for prizes that are found out in the field or that have not been turned in will become null and void.
• No prizes will be given out until the hunt has ended.
• If the member cannot stay until the hunt ends, you will have to forfeit your prize tokens or find someone who can turn them in at the end of the hunt for the appropriate prize.
Shows: Each year in early August the club will hold the Southeastern Civil War Show.
Various: During the year there are many activities that do require the forming of committees to organize and plan. Some of these are Relic Hunt, Coin Hunt, Speaker of the Month, Show Advertising, Donations and many more. We ask that all members help by volunteering when the call goes out.

The North Georgia Relic Hunters presents the 47th Annual Southeastern Civil War and Antique Firearms Show and Sell.
The 2025 show will be Saturday, August 9 thru Sunday, August 10 at:

Show Notes:
Important Notice: The NGRHA relic show is not far away. At this time, we are limiting who can signup for the show to dealers who attended the show last year. However, starting at the end of May we will open the show to anyone who wants to participate in the show. If you are planning on doing the show this year, and have not submitted your dealer signup show form, please do so at this time (see form below and also a Word Document attached to this note) to ensure you will be able to have your tables at the upcoming show. We want to ensure that dealers who were at last year's show have priority for obtaining tables for the 2025 show. For those who have already submitted their form, if you have not hear back from me (to acknowledge reception of your form) please let me know so I can verify if we have received your form.
Dealer setup is on Friday starting at 1PM. Friday admission passes are available for sale as well. Admission on Saturday and Sunday is $8.00 for adults while children under 10 are free. Military and law enforcement are also free. A weekend pass (Friday thru Sunday) can be purchased for $30. There will tables of dug relics, guns, swords, books, prints, paper items, artillery items, currency and more!
